This semi-detached country house consists of a main part with two bedrooms (maximum capacity of up to 4 people) and an independent apartment with one bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room-kitchen, and a full bathroom (the apartment is only available from the 5th guest onwards and can accommodate up to 4 people). It features a private pool, a large outdoor area, and spectacular views of the mountains and the sea.

El Cortijo Eucalipto was renovated in 2025 and has been carefully maintained down to the last detail to ensure a wonderful stay, preserving its typical, rustic, and Andalusian charm. Outside, you can enjoy spacious areas, a private pool, a barbecue zone, and marvelous views of the sea and mountains.

Please note that, due to its location in outdoor areas, you might hear background noise from vehicles passing on the highway.

The independent apartment will only be available for groups of five or more guests. For bookings of 1 to 4 guests, the reservation includes only the main house (2 bedrooms).

The cortijo is semi-detached, with another cortijo located on the adjacent property.

Due to its location, traffic noise from the nearby highway may be noticeable in outdoor areas.

Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, loud music, and misbehaved pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Security Deposit
As stated on the listing, a €150 cash security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days after departure, once the property has been checked and confirmed to be in good condition.

The deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:

If smoking is detected inside the property.
If there are damaged or broken items/furniture.
If there is excessive rubbish requiring extra cleaning.
The property must be left in the same condition as it was found at check-in.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome, upon prior request, with a €25 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.
